The cost of lessons depends on how good the instructor is. When choosing an instructor, you should do a little research. What’s their background? Do they have a good reputation? What do they teach? If you can’t find an instructor you always have instructional DVD’s and the internet. There are a lot of good lessons on Youtube….for free.

There are many BAD guitar teachers who are looking at the time and not in your interest but after your money.
You will be your best ever teacher.
The net is full of places you can get on with FREE.
You dont have to start on acoustic there is no set rule here.
Play with as many other muscians as you can and practise and hear lots of music.
Have guts and heart as its not easy its an ART, and ART is sometimes something one is born with.
If your heart is in it in time slowly step by step you will be playing but you will never end learning.
